Hosting services require timely payments on a monthly, yearly, or agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.
Service fees are clearly listed on product pages.
Charges begin from the date your service is activated.
Usage-based fees (if any) are billed according to your plan.
Renewal invoices are generated 10 days before expiry.
Late payments incur a 5% penalty or Rs. 500 minimum.
Services may be suspended after 3 days overdue and permanently terminated after 7 days overdue.
Our hosting services operate under a fair usage policy designed to ensure optimal performance and equal resource availability for all customers. Normal usage of disk space, bandwidth, and system resources is allowed; however, excessive or abnormal consumption that affects server stability may require corrective action. Activities such as spamming, phishing, hacking, hosting illegal content, or using hosting accounts for large-scale file storage, backups, or other non-website-related purposes are strictly prohibited. Customers are expected to use resources responsibly and within acceptable operational limits. If usage exceeds fair thresholds, we may notify you to adjust your consumption or upgrade your plan.
We aim for maximum uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or unexpected issues.
We take regular backups for administrative use. However, customers are responsible for keeping personal backups of their websites and data.
What It Means: No fixed limits on disk space, bandwidth, or websites for normal use.
What It Doesn’t Mean: Not intended for file storage, backups, torrents, or excessive databases. Each database must not exceed 1GB.
We use strong security systems, but customers must protect their accounts by using secure passwords and safe practices.
Support is available for hosting-related issues. The level of assistance depends on the hosting plan purchased.
Customers may cancel services with notice.
SASA Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations.
Data may be deleted upon termination unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
Only direct purchases from SASA Hosting are eligible.
Setup fees, third-party services, and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed on the every Sunday to the original payment method.
By using our services, you allow SASA Hosting to display your company name/logo in our portfolio or marketing materials. You may request removal in writing, and we’ll comply within 30 days.
Most services are provisioned instantly after payment. In rare cases of delay, you will be notified via email or phone.
We do not share customer information unless legally required by verified authorities.
